On the eve of last week’s full moon Bowie’s launch his A/W 10 range, A Paranormal Romance at one of Sydney’s premiere homes for contemporary Chinese art, White Rabbit Gallery. The collection fused metallics with blacks, frou-frou with sleek all topped off with gaffer-tape headbands reminiscent of something from a 1980’s American Football flick. The showing, attended by Lyndsey Rodrigues, Nikki Phillips and Channel V VJ’s Renee Bargh and Billy Russell ended off with Bowie’s trans-seasonal, ready-to-wear cashmere collection. It was an intimate affair to showcase a collection containing its share of noteworthy pieces.
